Advantages and disadvantages of the Romans-
You can build more than one building at once(This comes in way more handy than you’d think)
Doesn’t lean towards offense or defense, The Romans are the Middle of the Road Tribe
Has specialized attacking and defending units, and a simply all purpose infantry unit
Very powerful infantry, average cavalry
High Defense bonus from wall
Development is expensive and takes a long time
Merchants can carry 500 units of total resources, and their speed is 16 fields per hour

In a quick overview, I think The Romans are the best Tribe. The Gauls and Teutons are really only good at attacking or defending, but the Romans can greatly do both. They are best Tribe for Economy, and to get a huge army, you need a good economy.

yay i am the first comment…. ok now here is some tips below
I would get my buildings to get a barracks. so your helper guy at the side ask to pick military or well…. i forget but pick military. train your 2 legos and raid A.S.A.P. then those resour. to make 3 more legos. then you will have 5 then make it up to 10 and stop try to get an acadamey and armoury then research imperians and train about 5 (when availible to build) you might not have a enough to make 5 imps. so attack with your 10 legos to get resour. and go to sleep after that (if your bed time) 2nd paragraph below.
wake up go to school/work but… before that send an attack some where and when you get back raid more and if not already find and alliance oh i almost forgot you might have enough resour by now build ur 5 imps. and well I don’t feel like saying anymore and getting bored typing so bye and back to game now…. and if you want to be in my alliance im recruiting i just made WOP warriors of peace my cordds. are (-310|215) so peace out!!!!! oh and im Austin3232
thanks for posting these information charts and pictures. the game loads this information very slowly and you can only look at 1 at a time. using this is much easier

ye its good to be roman even it take long time to build and take more res but this is offensive tribe so we will make wrose them
romans is the hardest tribe to play in the start. becouse romans lacks of troops in start and are sucky in farming at start they easly falls under for the farm from Gauls and Teutons. and yes as you have mentioned so many times they will be stronger and better and harder for a while in midgame. but at that time all the gauls and teutons has grown to powerfull for you, so you can only farm other romans to get up the their level. and when u finaly reaches their level they will notice the danger u are to them so they will all farm you over again. therefore the “simmerclass” will be ruined again if they dont has HUGE crannys and several bases close to eachother to backup themselves. Allso you need a good alliance to help you kill the teutons and gauls close to you. once all these hard things is passed you will finaly stand a chance to be a top player
too much expensive.. but romans is the strongest tribe among ‘em all..

OK great!1st of all join EVILS-C as i am one of the leaders, we are in 12th place on com3 so just message me(Spartan117) or The Judge. Anyway good guides guys, but i see a small flaw with some. They are to basic, oh train that research this, no nonononono. You want to find a guide that is more detailed and complex. Anyways i am a roman and am doing great following my own guide.
